Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility:

a) Entry is open to Landlord Investment Show attendees.

b) Entrants must be UK residents and over 18, with the exception of Superscript and Landlord Investment Show employees, their families, agents or anyone else in connection with the promotion.

c) Only one entry per person or business is allowed unless otherwise specified.

d) No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

2. How to enter:

a) The competition is open 0830 – 1730 on the day of the exhibition.

b) Entrants can enter the competition by submitting their name and business name, phone number and email using the digital form at the event. Entrants will then be automatically placed in a raffle which will be drawn by Superscript after the event.

c) Entries must be received by 1730 on the day of the Landlord Investment Show. Superscript accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Superscript by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

d) Late, incomplete, or inappropriate entries will not be accepted.

e) Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

f) All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place within 60 days of the event. The first entry drawn will be the winner.

g) Winners will be selected and announced on within 60 days of the event.

3. Prizes and winning:

a) The prize consists of a voucher for an experience of the winner’s choice, up to the value of £300. The available experiences include a driving experience or a spa day. The selected experience is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the experience provider.

b) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

c) Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Superscript reserves the right:

• to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and;
• in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

d) Winners will be chosen by random draw. All decisions regarding winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

e) The winners will be notified via email within 60 days of the event. The winners must claim their prize within 90 days of the winning email being sent. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Superscript reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

f) To obtain details of the winner please email hello@gosuperscript.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 10 weeks after the closing date.

4. Disqualification:

a) Superscript may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Superscript’s sole opinion) or who, in Superscript’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Superscript.

5. Your data:

a) Superscript will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.

b) By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree that the personal data provided as part of your entry (including, but not limited to, name and email address) will be collected and processed by Superscript for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner(s) and delivering any prizes.

c) Personal data may also be used to send marketing communications from Superscript, provided you have given explicit consent. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications or by contacting Superscript directly.

d) Superscript will not sell, distribute or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for the administration of the competition (such as prize fulfilment partners) or as required by law. Any third parties engaged for these purposes will be contractually bound to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

e) Superscript will handle personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of liability:

a) Superscript is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

b) Superscript reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

7. Modification of terms:

a) Superscript reserves the right to modify or withdraw the T&Cs of the competition at any time.

b) Any changes will be announced on our website.

8. About Superscript:

b) Enro Limited trading as Superscript is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority 656459.

9. Governing law:

a) The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction.

b) By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
