Innovate Finance 2026 prize draw terms and conditions

1. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to Innovate Finance 2026 attendees.
  2. Entrants must be UK residents and over 18, with the exception of Superscript, their families, agents or anyone else in connection with the promotion.
  3. Only one entry per person or business is allowed unless otherwise specified.
  4. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

2. How to enter

  1. The competition opens on 21 April 2026 at 07:00 and closes on 22:00, 21 April 2026.
  2. Entrants can enter the competition by submitting their name and business name and email using the digital form at the event. Entrants will then be automatically placed in a raffle which will be drawn within 10 working days of the Innovate Finance event.
  3. Entries must be received by 21:59 on 21 April 2026. Superscript accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Superscript by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  4. Late, incomplete or inappropriate entries will not be accepted.
  5. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place within 10 working days of the closing date. The first entry drawn will be the winner.
  7. Winners will be selected and announced within 14 working days of the event.

3. Prizes and winning

  1. The prize will be a Formula 1® driving experience.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

  3. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Superscript reserves the right:

    1. to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and;
    2. in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Winners will be selected at Superscript’s discretion from all eligible entries. All decisions regarding winners are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The winners will be notified via email by 05 May 2026 at the latest. The winners must claim their prize by 03 August 2026. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Superscript reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  6. To obtain details of the winner please email marketing@gosuperscript.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 4 weeks after the closing date.

4. Disqualification

  1. Superscript may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Superscript’s sole opinion) or who, in Superscript’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Superscript.

5. Your data

  1. Superscript will use the personal data submitted by entrants to administer the prize draw and to contact entrants about Superscript’s products and services.
  2. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Superscript via email and other contact details provided. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  3. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post-event publicity, including the use of their name and image.
  4. Superscript will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of liability

  1. Superscript is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
  2. Superscript reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

7. Modification of terms

  1. Superscript reserves the right to modify or withdraw the T&Cs of the competition at any time.
  2. Any changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

  1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction.
  2. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
