Superscript teams up with ESPN
Superscript has teamed up with ESPN, one of cricket’s most-loved brands, in an exclusive digital content partnership to support The Hundred cricket tournament.
To mark 2022’s event, two episodic digital series: Behind the data and Backyard DRS will be launched and broadcast from ESPNcricinfo’s YouTube channel to highlight how data, tech and innovation are enabling modern cricket.
Behind the data
Presenter Nubaid Haroon will narrate the three part series exploring how data analytics is a pioneering business within cricket and driving the modern game. Each episode will delve into a different specialism of cricket and feature expert guest contributors.
Backyard DRS
This video series will follow Dan and Kez from WeCricket as they attempt to make a ‘homemade’ Decision Review System (DRS) system using everyday tech, gadgets and some creativity! They will put it through its paces, reviewing incidents in real time on a big monitor.

Prize draw
As part of the partnership, Superscript will also be running two competitions hosted on ESPN's website, both of which offer a prize of two flexible tickets that can be redeemed at any time for a VIP match day experience at Kia Oval, including afternoon tea and a stadium tour.
